I have nothing but great things to say about this business and every employee I’ve spoken with, whether over the phone or in person. Special thanks to Amber, Lisa, Philip, Taylor, Michael, and Enoc. When I first called, it was a hot Saturday in September, and I was at my wits’ end with the company that had originally installed our HVAC system. Our AC and heat had been shutting off without explanation, multiple times since last winter. We’d had repair techs from another company out several times, but each visit ended with “nothing’s wrong” and a service charge. The last time our AC failed, we finally called Above + Beyond. They sent someone out the same day for a full inspection. He was incredibly thorough and professional, but of course, our AC worked perfectly the entire time he was there, which made the issue difficult to diagnose. What impressed me most was that Above + Beyond followed up with me the next week, unprompted, and scheduled another visit. The second technician was able to pinpoint and fix the problem without another service fee! On top of that, we also needed an EV charger installed. Above + Beyond provided a full electrical inspection and the charger install for a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to have this company on call for any HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Phillip came to my home to do an HVAC checkup. He was very friendly and professional. He checked everything and even changed the filters for me. He fixed a minor issue with the outside unit, showed me pics of everything that he did. He made some suggestions for maintenance and protection. He wasn't pushy but explained to me how it would benefit me. I highly recommend these people, they are amazing!

Above and Beyond came out as a second opinion on my AC unit. Jason Kolbrek was our technician and was amazing. He listened to the issues and concerns and got to work. The end result was identifying the issue at the source and the repair was 200 bucks instead of a 4,000 dollar compressor replacement. So thankful I called Above and Beyond. They were upfront and completely honest and were absolutely fantastic. Jason - thanks again so much!!

JR Chaplin completed my Generac generator annual service and did a complete electrical inspection of my panels, outlets, etc., throughout our home. JR was very professional during his visit and made me feel extremely comfortable with his feedback. I’m always concerned that one of these things will turn into a sales call, which it did not. I had previously used Above Beyond to service my generator last year because they had the best price. They used a Generac kit, Mobile One oil, spark plugs, air filter, change, etc. When calling this year to schedule my annual, I heard about their package, which was approximately $339, which is a membership package. It sounded too good to be true that they would do the maintenance on my generator plus do a plumbing inspection with clean out of my water heater, and a complete HVAC inspection all for the membership price. I was extremely skeptical, but I have completed all inspections and maintenance, and I am quite satisfied. Above and Beyond, you have a really good person working for you in JR. This is for the business Above and Beyond.
