• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation jobs
• Install HVAC systems in homes, garages, attics, rooftops, and ductless applications
• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after the install
• Keep jobs clean, organized, and professional
• Use tablets and smartphones for job tracking and invoicing
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job

• Oklahoma Journeyman HVAC License required
• HVAC installation experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean, professional appearance
• Able to pass background check and drug screening
• Comfortable using tablets and smartphones
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
• Willing to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to push, pull, carry, and maneuver equipment safely
• Comfortable working from heights, on rooftops, in attics, and in crawl spaces
• Able to carry ladders and work in tight spaces when needed
