Robert did an excellent job reviewing our home's annual plumbing maintenance needs (our first since purchasing the home). The inspection was thorough and professional, including the annual water heater flushing. The inspection found a few areas of wear in the 15-year-old fixtures, most of which we were already aware of, and all consistent with a previous rental home in Oklahoma. Robert explained the options, including doing nothing at this time. However, since the cost of the repairs was reasonable and a worthwhile investment for peace of mind, we chose to stay on top of things and go ahead with the minor repairs.
